Community Legal Clinics and A2J Guided Interviews – October 2016

This report summarizes the activities, successes, and challenges of Clinic IP, a partnership of 17 community legal clinics in Ontario. Clinic IP is experimenting with A2J Guided Interviews, an online interactive software. The report discusses efforts to create tools that increase poverty law clinic capacity by helping with intake, document assembly, and referrals.
