Law for Life response to Civil Courts Structure Review: Interim report

This report is a submission and response to an interim report on a review of the English civil court system by one of the leading public legal education and information (PLEI) providers in the United Kingdom. On the issue of online courts, the report recommends that any PLEI provided through a future online court should be produced independently in order to avoid any conflict of interest, promote credibility, and ensure that the needs of users are best met. The report also stresses that any PLEI produced for this purpose should be developed or tested with self-represented litigants.
