This report describes the results of an evaluation of a program in British Columbia that trains library staff to deliver legal information to patrons. The evaluators surveyed over 400 participants who had taken part in 28 training sessions delivered by Courthouse Libraries BC. The surveys showed that 90 percent of the training participants were satisfied or very satisfied with the quality of the training, and that they felt more confident that they could handle requests for legal information from patrons after the training.
