Linguistic Access Report
This report suggests steps CLEO can take to help meet the public legal education needs of low-income communities in Ontario who do not speak French or English. The purpose of the research was to identify appropriate target languages for PLEI pilot projects and canvas methods of providing substantive education and information in order to identify effective methods for meeting the needs of several language groups.
