Public Legal Education and Information Formats and Delivery Channels

This report provides a high-level overview of various formats and delivery channels used to deliver public legal education and information (PLE). It was commissioned by a legal aid office in order to help with planning their services. Several key reports and websites were reviewed, but the author stresses that it is intended to be a synopsis of selected research findings relating to the development and delivery of PLE resources as opposed to an exhaustive analysis.
